**The Job**:
As a Customer Care Executive at Cocoon Care, you're in charge of making our customers feel like superstars. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

- Answering customer calls and messages like a pro (because you are one).
- Confirming Cash on Delivery orders
- Investigating abandoned cart mysteries and reporting findings to the team.
- Turning curious inquiries into "add to cart" moments with your charm.
- Building customer relationships that last longer than a favorite bedtime story.
- Becoming a product knowledge guru through our top-notch training.
- Collecting golden nuggets of feedback from customers, especially our superhero moms, to help us create even more amazing products.
