Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from Shopify, and ensure excellent post-sales support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Process and manage customer orders via Shopify platform.
- Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Additional training in customer service is a plus.
