**Job Title**:
**Merchandiser cum Customer Support Executive (Female Only)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, samples, and product updates.
- Manage merchandising activities from product development to shipment.
- Maintain communication with factories and vendors for timely production and quality control.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups and order management.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and client communications.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Prepare reports related to merchandising and customer support activities.
- Assist in exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities as needed.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields).
- Additional certifications in Customer Service or Merchandising will be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
