**Job Duties for Scheduler/Coordinator**: - Arrange appointments for the installation team to set up electric vehicle chargers, ensuring timely completion of work. - Coordinate between customers and the installation team to schedule appointments and address any concerns or changes. - Maintain detailed records and reports of appointments, installations, and customer interactions. - Ensure smooth communication between customers and the installation team throughout the process. - Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for installations, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure availability. - Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise. - Provide support to the installation team by ensuring they have all necessary information and resources for each appointment. **What We're Looking For**: - Prior experience in scheduling or coordination roles is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and the installation team. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in maintaining records and reports using computer software. - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. - A proactive and problem-solving attitude to address any issues that arise during scheduling and coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
