**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (online, in-person, events).
- Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about our dance programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or performing arts sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for dance and understanding of dance education.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
