Sales Representative for Stylish Compact Momo Food Bike Franchise

**Job Description**:
Are you a passionate and dynamic sales professional with a knack for direct marketing and a proven track record of convincing clients? We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and help us revolutionize the street food market with our stylish and compact Momo Food Bike franchise.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Exploration**: Physically explore market spaces to identify potential shop owners who could benefit from our Momo Food Bike franchise.
- **Direct Sales and Marketing**: Engage with shop owners, present the investment opportunity, and pitch the franchise concept using our brochure and video promo.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, effectively addressing their concerns and providing detailed information about the franchise.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. A base target of 30 franchise sales per month is expected.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on market insights, sales progress, and potential opportunities to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven sales experience, particularly in direct marketing or franchise sales. A background in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convincingly present and sell a product.
- **Enthusiasm**: High energy and enthusiasm for the role, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Influence**: Ability to influence and persuade potential clients, showcasing the benefits and profitability of the Momo Food Bike franchise.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel and explore different market areas to identify potential leads.

Compensation:

- **Base Salary**: ₹20,000- ₹30,000 per month.
- **Incentives**: Earn an additional ₹500 for every franchise sold beyond the monthly target of 30 sales.
