**Job Title: Sales Representative - Admissions & Academy Sales**

**Location**: Mumbai (Hybrid / On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 1-3 years in education/fitness/counseling sales

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000/month + incentives

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative** to lead front-line communication with potential students. Your role will include handling leads, counselling prospects, guiding them through our certification programs, and converting them into successful admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and website inquiries
- Conduct career counselling calls and explain course structure, benefits, pricing, and outcomes
- Follow up regularly with warm leads and drive conversions via structured scripts
- Maintain and update lead pipeline in CRM or Google Sheets
- Assist in webinar registration, reminder calls, and event follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Collect feedback and assist in improving student experience

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in sales, academic counselling, or B2C lead conversion
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and Google Sheets
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or education industry is a strong plus
- High emotional intelligence and ability to guide students confidently
