**Job Description: Backoffice Executive (Female)**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹2,60,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum
**Age**: 20 to 35 years
**Gender**: Female
**Position**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Documentation**:

- Efficiently manage and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Maintain and update information in the system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems.
- **Communication Support**:

- Provide back-office support for communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to provide seamless service.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
- Provide support in managing office supplies and other administrative tasks.
- **Maintain Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor and ensure smooth back-office operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Experience with Tally software is mandatory.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in processing transactions.
- Reconcile accounts, generate reports, and assist with payroll processing.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **English Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- **Accounting Experience**: Experience with Tally software is mandatory.
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with high attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues as they arise.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
