Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update company database and organize files.
- Prepare and analyze reports on Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Handle other office duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Tally software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
