**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- B2B Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored EdTech solutions.
- Partnership Acquisition: Identify and secure new corporate partnerships, focusing on businesses that can benefit from Teach Maven’s educational products and services.
- Business Development: Drive B2B sales efforts by pitching corporate training programs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with companies.
- Customized Learning Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present customized learning solutions for corporate clients based on their specific needs.
- Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing excellent support, addressing concerns, and managing ongoing corporate relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new B2B opportunities and stay updated on industry trends related to corporate training and EdTech.
- Proposal and Presentation: Create compelling proposals, business pitches, and presentations to effectively communicate Teach Maven’s value proposition to corporate clients.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, webinars, and workshops that promote Teach Maven’s training solutions to a corporate audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and academic teams to ensure alignment between corporate partnerships and Teach Maven’s educational goals.
**Qualifications**:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B corporate relations, business development, or client management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Proven track record in establishing and nurturing corporate partnerships.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand corporate training needs and translate them into actionable EdTech solutions.
- Experience in working with senior-level decision-makers and corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in EdTech and corporate learning is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
