Matrix is a 35 year ISO certified organization involved in IT infrastructure management. We provide cloud solutions, server virtualization, IP Surveillance, etc to the corporate clients.
We are partner for Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, AWS, etc. We undertake complete IT infrastructure projects in India and abroad which involve data center deployment and collaboration, server administration, network administration, etc. We are a team of more than 60 members who are technically skilled to provide the right solution to the clients in order to enable their core activities.
**Job Title: ‘Business Development Coordinator’**
**Experience - 1 to 3 Year**
**Notice Period
- Only Immediate will be preferred**
**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
- Manage sales process from commercial proposal to product delivery
- Preparation of proposals for small medium and bigger Projects through CRM by ensuring correct Percentage Profit margins
- Track and update all records for sent proposal and received purchase orders
- Order management by ensuring material availability in stock and Maintaining material accordingly
- Payment follow up and maintaining follow up record for reference
- Coordinate with delivery / service team for timely delivery of products and services promised to the customer
- Managing vendors for different products to ensure timely delivery of the products/services
- Knowledge of CRM tool for keeping track record of day to day activities to ensure follow up
- Lead Sales and Marketing activities For Company Products and Services
**Skill Sets**: Excellent Time Management, Excellent verbal and written communication, Self motivator, Tenacious approach.**
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
