We are looking for Sales Associate to join our team. The person will be assisting us for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

*Equipments are Glossmeter, Colorimeter, Coating Thickness Gauge, Color Spectrophotometer, SpectroDensitometers, and Other Testing Equipments.etc

used in Color (Textile dyeing/coloration, Paints, Plastics, Automotive, Cosmetics, Printing/Packaging, Food) Industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide them with solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Engineering degree/3 years Diploma in any field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment - training can be provided.
- Ability to work independently (later on) and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.

**Salary**: Competitive base salary plus commission and benefits package.
