**Role**:Sales Executive/Marketing/Business Development Executive

Ø Education: Any UG/PG-BA/BBM/BBA/MBA/Diploma/B.Sc

Ø Industry Type: Printing & Packaging/ Paper

Ø Role: Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Coordinator.

Ø Functional Area: Sales, Marketing, Business Development

Ø Salary: Best in the industry

1. Should be any Graduate with good score.

2. Should be fluent in English communication

3. Should have good Computer knowledge (especially in Excel).

4. Well versed in office procedure.

5. Value added if they have experience in printing industry background.

6. Should have own bike with valid Driving license.

7. Should have sales attitude & convincing skills.

8. Should ready to travel.

**Reporting Formats**:
1. Monthly calendar to be updated.

2. Weekly calendar to be altered with consent of sales head.

3. Update daily action plan sheet HP & LP after visiting each customer.

4. Morning brief update on customer visit on WhatsApp group.

5. After each visit, update in brief on discussion on WhatsApp group.

6. FG-responsible for ready goods.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Retain and increase business from existing customers based on targets.

2. Get new business from new customers

3. Collect payment as per the agreed terms

**Tasks and Activities**:
A. Retain and increase business from existing customers:
1. By having excellent rapport with the customers.

2. By increasing the presence at the customer’s place and making the customer to feel it.

3. Improving the response time for the customer’s queries and clarifications.

4. By closely observing competitor’s business share, problems and issues created, additional orders / products awarded to competitors etc and giving feedback to management on the above.

5. By absorbing 100% information required for new product development and participating in ‘right first time’ approach.

6. By getting informal projections and alerting the factory for the purpose of planning RM and resources.

7. By forewarning the factory on the orders and help factory to be prepared with the raw materials for the next set of orders.

8. By giving feedback to factory about the good practices, good products made by competition.

9. By establishing good contact and rapport with all the connected functions of the customer.

10. By closely monitoring the hit and miss ratio and improving hit rates.

11. By socializing with key customers.

13. Plan & visit at least 15 customers a week.

B. Get new business from new customers:
1. By identifying new segments and new customers using various means.

2. By following action sheet methodology for follow ups

3. By getting referrals from existing customers to their friends and ex-colleagues etc.

4. Identifying collateral partners and generating leads through them.

5. By improving the visibility of Kamsri in the market

C. Collect payments as per the agreed terms:
1. By closely following up the customers - even just before the payment matures and collecting the payment on time.

2. By ensuring there are no documents etc missing which might delay payment.

3. By closely coordinating with Kamsri Finance department and by meticulous follow ups with the customers.

**Measurement Metrics**:
1. Reduction in number of calls to top management from customers for the purpose of elevating.

2. No of feedbacks per month on the competition

3. No of occasions on which clarifications were sought by customer support team for releasing NPR. (First time right of the spec sheet - meaning the NPR is released without any need to consult the customer on some specification etc).

4. No of orders projected and the accuracy of projections.

5. No of times socialized with customers in a month / quarter.

6. No of new customers identified / converted in a month / quarter

7. Increase in quotation to order conversion ratio

8. No of referrals obtained from existing customers per quarter

9. Creditors turn ratio

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
