**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi
**Industry**: Distribution / B2B Sales
**Experience Required**: 3-4 years
**Travel Requirement**: Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per month
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-ground support to customers and identify needs to offer appropriate product solutions
- Meet regularly with customers to understand and address evolving business requirements
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue
- Drive product specification and visibility within relevant government organizations
- Maintain detailed reports on daily field sales activities and communicate performance to senior management

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing**, **Communications**, or a related field
- 3-4 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics
- Excellent **negotiation** and **decision-making** skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (3-4 days/month)

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
