**Documentation - Import & Export**

**Import Shipments: -**
- Finalization Contract terms and give suggestions.
- Co-ordination with supplier/broker for copy documents.
- Checking shipping documents i.e. commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection agency report, bill of lading, Foods related Phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate with Contract terms.
- Bill of entry checklist checking and filing.
- Check HS Code as per product and working on Duty if applicable and other rebate / exemption scheme.
- Knowledge about First time AD code registration on icegate for import.

**Export Shipments: -**
- Finalization Contract terms and give suggestions.
- Prepare shipping documents i.e. commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection agency report, bill of lading, Foods related Phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate as per Contract terms.
- Shipping Bill checklist checking and filing.
- Check HS Code as per product and working on Duty if applicable and other rebate / exemption / remission scheme.
- Knowledge about First time AD code registration on icegate for Export.

**Banking Related -**
- Knowledge of The Uniform Customs & Practice (UCP) for Documentary Credits. (LC at Sight / Usance / transferable).
- Read the LC terms and point out if any changes require as per Contract terms and give suggestion. Check payment security clause in FLC. Complying all documentation part as required in FLC.
- Make request letter on foreign bank described formats in case of DA, DP payment in export shipment.
- Timely Submit Import Bill of entry in foreign Bank to closure import shipment.
- Timely Submit Export Shipping Bill in foreign Bank to issue Bank Realisation Certificate to closure Export shipment.
- BRC from bank for duty refund.

**Shipping line coordination and networking**
- Timely coordination with line for delivery order.
- Negotiation for freight booking in export shipment.
- Knowledge of odex working.
- Build-up the relation with Shipping Line Higher Management.

**CFS coordination and networking**
- Knowledge about On-Wheel Customs passing (SB LEO) in export shipments.
- Knowledge about Factory stuffing and customs passing (SB LEO).
- Stuffing process in CFS and Customs passing (SB LEO).
- Customs CLP preparation and take signature from passing authority.
- Handling Cargo examination in CFS.
- Build-up the relation with CFS Higher Management.

**Co-ordination and follow up regarding movement of goods**
- All Import /Export Logistics, Shipment Tracking from Various sources.
- Follow-up to transporter for arranging trucks for container cargo lifting.
- Follow-up to warehouse team if cargo loading / unloading at our warehouse.
- Build-up relation with outside vendors regarding PP Bags, Fumigation, Labour, transportation, Phytosanitary department.
- Coordinate with Port to move the cargo directly to our warehouse and start Phyto, FSSAI & Customs clearance process there.
- Coordinate with Phytosanitary team to manage inspection in Import and Export shipments.

**Customs PUB visit**
- Knowledge about Customs PUB Nhava Sheva work.
- Present occasionally in front of higher level in Customs.
- Handle Duty drawback refund and scrips.

**Break Bulk related handling**
- Handle Break-Bulk shipments at Bombay Port Trust (BPT) / Mundra / Kandla Port.
- Coordinate with Port team to move the cargo directly to warehouse.
- Handle Customs, Phyto & Fumigation work independently.
- Build-up relation with BPT / Mundra / Kandla operation team and yard operation team.

**Filing related work**
- Maintain import and export shipments related papers filing work.

**BOE / BRC closure related compliance**
- Complete the documents for closure the Bill of Entry on RBI portal.
- Submit the documents for issuing the Bank realisation certificate to closure the Shipping Bill.

**Other Skills**
- Regular checking of clearing expense sheet and analyze the extra charges.
- Good teamwork, Time management and organization skills.
- Conduct analysis of existing work flow at regular intervals and initiate to set up new processes and systems and implement it.
- Flexibility, adaptability & managing multiple priorities & multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Maintain MIS as per scope of work.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
