**Role Description**

First Connect Worldwide is seeking a full-time Dispatch Executive for our Noida-based location. In this on-site role, you will report to the Dispatch Manager and be responsible for dispatching and verifying the delivery of shipments, coordinating with drivers and clients to ensure timely delivery and providing excellent customer service all around. You will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate records and reports and coordinating with the operations team. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 years of experience in dispatching or logistics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
- Experience in international shipping processes and freight brokerage services is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
