Schedule Management:

- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the individual, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues.
- Remind the individual of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- Communication Management:

- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Information Management:

- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile information as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Travel Coordination:

- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
- Create detailed itineraries and travel packs.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Event Planning and Coordination:

- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and guest arrangements.
- Manage RSVPs and ensure all arrangements are in place for successful events.
- Financial Management:

- Assist with expense tracking, reimbursement processing, and budget management.
- Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
- Coordinate with accounting or finance departments as needed.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and communications.
- Miscellaneous Support:

- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Perform personal errands and tasks as requested by the individual.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
