An ISO 17100:2015 certified international organization requires vendor coordinator for Bhubaneswar office.

About Company:
Localization company providing Language translation and communications services for B2B businesses around the world.

Qualification:
MBA in HR/Finance (Fresher/Experienced)/Any Degree.

Skill Set:
Good at English and Hindi communication with no MTI/TTI.

**Experience**:
Experience in recruiting will have added priveledge/ Fresher.

Knowledge of a foreign language or culture/ Localization experience will have added advantage.

Job description:
1. Set up new vendors, freelances in the VM system. Developing, Maintaining relationship with vendors.

2. Responsible for finding, recruiting and onboarding right cost-effective resources/vendors.

3. Ensuring timely and accuracy in delivering projects, providing superior customer service to clients.

4. Ensuring timely delivery of projects as per the ISO Standards.

5. Liaising with clients to understand the project requirements were met.

5. Reconciling invoices and ensuring the vendors were paid in time.

6. Monitoring vendors performance and resoluting their queries and concerns.

7. Managing accurate records of documents in system and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
