**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales through effective communication and relationship building.As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services and identifying their needs.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuasively communicate the benefits of our offerings to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and share feedback on customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- Dynamic, energetic, and confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
