**Title: Tele Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to prospects.
- Persuade potential customers to schedule appointments, request product demonstrations, or make purchases.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, events, or website inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,820.80 - ₹16,233.05 per month
