Start Spark Private Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products/services to potential customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with potential customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and strategies through ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and suggestions for product/service enhancements.

Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
