**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain course offerings and educational services.
- Answer queries, resolve concerns, and guide prospects through the registration or admission process.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up calls in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: Competitive salary with incentives based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
