Export Document Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and process export orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipping.
- Prepare and verify all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards.
- Track shipments and keep clients updated on the status of their orders.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Assist in resolving any issues with shipments at customs.
- Resolve any post-shipment issues or concerns with customers.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments for export sales.
- Collaborate with the finance team to handle payment reconciliation and invoicing.
- Maintain export documentation, records, and reports in line with company and legal requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in export or international trade will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export documentation, international trade, or logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
