Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant changes to enhance online presence.

2. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop visuals and copy for posts.
- Ensure content is on-brand, reflects the company’s voice, and engages the target audience.
- Create or source video, image, and written content for posts, stories, and live sessions.

3. Community Management:

- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and handle queries or concerns.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track performance of social media posts using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly or weekly reports showing KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and impressions.
- Use data to optimize future posts and strategies.

5. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost reach, visibility, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.

6. Influencer and Partner Collaboration:

- Identify and engage with influencers or partners for collaborations and brand promotions.
- Manage partnerships and sponsored content to ensure successful brand promotion.

7. Brand Reputation Management:

- Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Handle any negative feedback or crises on social media, working to maintain a positive brand image.

8. Stay Updated on Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and platform updates.
- Continuously propose new ideas for content and engagement to stay relevant.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and adaptability to digital trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
