**Project Delivery**
- Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for Electro-Mechanical (MEP) Design.
- Coordinate with Design team for preparation of Concept design on Electro-Mechanical Services.
- Guide design team in preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents, Tender, BOQ, and budget etc.
- Coordinate with Design team & Architect for space requires for Electro-mechanical services.
- Review the concept design prepared by Design team and revise if required.
- Submit concept design to Clients & Architects for their review.
- Guide design team in presenting Concept designs to Clients/Architects.
- Coordinate with Design Team for preparation of Detail design documents.
- Review Detail design documents including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc.
- Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of Electro-mechanical layouts.
- Guide the design team to release the tender to various vendors.
- Guide & review technical comparison for all the services BOQ.
- Clarify the Technical issues at site.
- Guide BIM team for modelling according to the project requirement.
- Review the models and deliverables.
- Guide the team to develop models from LOD 100 to 500.
- Updating the different countries BIM standards & templates matching with current market practice.
- Train BIM team with latest BIM standards & best practices
- Support marketing team for man-hour estimate.

**Learning & Development **
- Manage & Develop the Team MEP Coordinators/ MEP Engineers.
- Assess the skills of Self & Team members, competencies, certifications, and the staffing level needs.
- Review the Learning & development desires of MEP Engineers and map the training requirements
- Obtain & Ensure the reinforcement of new knowledge and skills requirement on the job.
- Organisational Knowledge Development & Management
- Develop Training material specific to MEP Coordination services
- Maintain the professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications (ISHRAE/NFPA/FSAI/IPA/LEED/USGBC/IAPMO); establishing personal networks; participating in professional society activities
- Develop design standards/documents for MEP coordination services
- Building & manage organizational knowledge through transfer relevant knowledge from Customer, suppliers, Partners, and collaborators.
- Assemble and transfer relevant knowledge for use in Innovation and strategic planning process.

**Job Planning & Delivery**
- Plan the projects & Deliverable Consistently.
- Plan self-activities and fill time sheet promptly.
- Execute the Plan, and Ensure on-time delivery
- Interaction with customers, fulfilling customer requirements & customer relations.
- Overall control on the Job in terms of on-time delivery, Customer satisfaction, Quality Deliverables and Cost Control.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
