- Support to deliver PC mix demand through delivering option of transferring material from PC36 to PC32 line with the help of engineering team.
- Partner engineer team to execute Capex projects of New Design Tapping Machine with conveyor & PC 36 Packaging Machine installation.

- Deliver >900 points in all PC32 & PC36 Packaging line through closing Non-Capex items in H1 audit & closing of Capex items by H2.
- Reduce consumer complaints reduction by 5% vs YAGO through reduction of underweight complaint by 10% in PC lines.
- Deliver AIB score >900 through No UNSAT and no Serious in PC32 & PC36 packaging area.
- Deliver CQA (Central quality assurance) competitive win % in PC-80% (8/10) & deliver PQMD >95% (% sample compliance).

- Deliver identified productivity of as per plan
- Deliver un-identified productivity of 10 lakh by driving individual project in manufacturing area.
- Drive EHS culture through delivering LTIR, RIR and Near miss as per plan for PC32 & PC36 packaging area.

- Reduce OT by 10% vs YAGO in manufacturing area by partnering with HR & deliver consumable as per plan.
- Deliver PM MUV as per plan efficiencies in PC line.
- Lead TPM agenda on PC32 & PC36 packaging line through sustaining step 2 in all circles & clearing JH step 3 in 100% circles.
