Handling new enquiries Discussion with dealer Regarding material requirement

· Providing technical information to Dealer

· Payment Follow-up

· Sales Order Booking

· Dispatch follow up

· Email conversation with dealer

· IATF Documentation: Maintain IATF standards and documentation.

· ISO Documentation: Manage ISO-related documentation.

· KPI updation

· Vendor Registration: Prepare vendor registration forms.

· Telephonic discussion with dealer

· Preparing Proforma invoice

· Enquiry Reply

· Attending weekly meetings

· Sales invoices file maintaining

· Preparing Daily prodution Data

· New Customer Account Creation: Create customer accounts in both Soham and Opscale.

· Preparing Packing Slip

· Handling Soham software

· Item Code Preparation: Create and organize item codes.

· Monthly Production Data: Compile monthly production data.

· Data Analysis: Analyze monthly production data.

· Pending List: Maintain and update the list of pending tasks.

· Sales Data Excel Sheet: Prepare and manage sales data sheets.

· Customer List: Prepare and update the customer list monthly.

· Soham & Opscale: Discuss and resolve issues related to Soham and Opscale software.

· Enter operator lists, machine names, and other processes in Opscale.

· Internal Orders & Sales Orders: Handle internal, domestic, and MFG sales orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
