Job Description : The Sales Co-ordinator will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating post-sales activities, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role focuses on helping the team meet sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer Support
- Professional email etiquette
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MIS reports
- Basic knowledge of material import processes
- Understanding of logistics and material handling
- Awareness of purchase order terms & conditions
- Basic understanding of payment terms, taxation, and invoicing

KRA's

- Sales Support & Coordination
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments
- Maintain and update customer information and databases.
- Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Prepare Order Tracking Sheets (OTS), verify margins, and process orders
