Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to support our sales growth and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Collect and track sales requirements, prepare regular MIS reports, and share performance updates.
  • Coordinate with different internal departments (operations, supply chain, marketing, customer service, etc.) to resolve issues and support smooth execution.
  • Provide marketing support by coordinating campaigns, product promotions, and brand visibility activities.
  • Assist in creating sales & marketing presentations, reports, and tracking competitor activities.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and management to ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / marketing support roles (FMCG/Wellness industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
