Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall refrigerators production in REF plant as per plan.
  • Responsible for yearly budget preparation, Cost Control & monthly production as per plan.
  • Effective utilization of all machinery in the plant.
  • Ensure 100% Daily, weekly production order closure & ensure delivery on time as per model mix. Reduction of SFRN cost in the plant and improve FTR, RTY of the processes.
  • Improve UPH, Productivity and manpower optimization of production dept.
  • Set Product quality standards and Effective implementation of quality systems in the plant. Ensure employees safety and safety working conditions in the production departments. Coordination with other functional departments for smooth functioning of production.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Knowledge of Production and Mfg. Systems and Techniques.
  2. Knowledge of refrigerator product and all mfg. related departments.
  3. Knowledge of various raw Materials. Knowledge
  4. Knowledge of QA systems and standards
  5. Knowledge of Process improvements
