**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct calls to potential customers
- Promote real estate properties, services, and offerings to generate interest and leads.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and amenities to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and property walkthroughs.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of leads.

Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in marketing
