- Balewadi, Pune Location on Urgent basis.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Efficient and strong experience in handling sales and closing clients.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets.
- Should be excellent in domain knowledge and communication.
- Should be good at cold calling, sales and CRM.
- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to
meet up their requirement.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients -Working actively on the scheduled appointments.
- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baner, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
