**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Order Processing**: Take customer orders using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- **Cross-Selling**: Recommend additional products and promotions to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
- **Product Information**: Provide detailed information about products, helping customers make informed decisions.
- **Payment Handling**: Process transactions, receive payments, and generate accurate bills for customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and monitor product availability.
- **Store Operations**: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts during operational hours.
- Marketing degree or related to a field.
- Any degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
