Are you passionate about creating immersive learning experiences through Augmented and Virtual Reality? Join our dynamic team as an **Instructional Designer (AR/VR Content Writer)** and help shape the future of education and training

**Location**: Remote
**Experience**: 5-7 years
**Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging, learner-centric instructional content tailored for AR/VR platforms.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, developers, and SMEs to build interactive learning modules.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based content for simulations and virtual environments.
- Conduct user testing and iterate content based on learner feedback and performance data.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in instructional design, ideally with AR/VR content.
- Strong content writing and scriptwriting abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or other XR development platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and learning psychology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing AR/VR learning projects or simulations.
