Video Production and Instructional Designer

We at Ozrotech are seeking a skilled Video Production & Instructional Designer on a part time basis to join our dynamic digital learning team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce video content for the course.
- Receive Table of Contents (ToC), source video files, and other relevant media assets to build the individual learning modules/lessons.
- Utilize personal instructional design and video production skills to create individual
- learning lessons in Adobe Premiere.
- Deliver both edited files and final outputs, maintaining a folder structure comprising
- Assets, Production, and Outputs for each course.
- Ensure all content is reviewed, and any unrelated or distracting footage is removed to
- create a seamless learning experience for viewers.
- Create all course assets on LMS, build quizzes, audit and deliver quality Elearning courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with other video editing software.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically Open EdX, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models and principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in digital animation and graphics design.

Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
