**Microsoft 365 - Admin & Support**

**Experience**:5 - 8 Years

**Locations**:Mumbai, Pune

**Primary Skills**:O 365 Services, Messaging Environments, Power Shell Scripting

**Secondary Skils**:Active Directory

**Desired Skills & Responsibilities
- Highly technical expertise in the Microsoft 365 services.
- Knowledge on MS Teams (both support and migration - tenant to tenant migration).
- Knowledge on Exchange On Prem support and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Messaging environments (ActiveSync, SMTP, Mobility).
- Excellent knowledge on Active Directory and directory synchronization between AD and M365.
- Excellent knowledge on Microsoft 365 Administration & Support.
- Excellent working knowledge on PowerShell scripting to manage M365; generate custom reports for security auditing, capacity management, accounting.
- Troubleshooting mail flow Issues, Teams Issues and post M365 migration issues.
- Discovering and Retention management, Litigation hold and management Management of archiving policies Support of journaling policy and target data store Management of data retention policies. Reporting Service utilization and performance reports.
- SharePoint Online user management, poral configuration assistance and backup management.
- Knowledge on O 365 compliance center including e-discovery and retention policies, holds etc.
- Must have performed Office 365 tenant to tenant migrations comprising of Mailbox, One Drive, MS Teams using Quest ODM Tool.
- Hands on Knowledge on Quest Migration Tool (ODM) is a must ask.
- Ability to plan and define approach for Office 365 Mailbox, MS Teams and One drive Migrations.
- Troubleshoot post migration issues and provide Turn-Key solutions.
