We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to manage IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and user support. You will ensure system availability, security, and compliance while driving efficiency and providing seamless technical support.Key Responsibilities : - Manage IT systems, servers, endpoints, and backups.- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.- Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, email).- Manage AWS accounts, Workspaces, and user access.- Oversee PAM tools and enforce security protocols.- Monitor office networks, firewalls, and VPNs.- Implement IT compliance and data security measures.- Maintain documentation for systems and processes.Key Skills & Qualifications : - 2-4 years in IT administration or support.- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking.- Microsoft 365 and AWS user management skills.- Familiarity with PAM tools and IT compliance frameworks.- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications (M365, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Security+).- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python).- Startup exposure and long-term role stability.
