**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-operative Preparation**:
Preparing the operating room (OT) for gynaecology procedures, including setting up tables, arranging instruments, ensuring sterility, and managing necessary supplies.
- **Intra-operative Assistance**:
Working closely with the surgical team, passing instruments, sutures, and other materials to the surgeon during the procedure.
- **Post-operative Care**:
Assisting with patient transfer, ensuring the OT is cleaned and sterilized, and maintaining records.
- **Instrument and Equipment Management**:
Sterilizing instruments, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
- **Team Coordination**:
Communicating effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Maintaining Sterility and Infection Control**:
Adhering to strict sterile techniques and infection control protocols throughout the procedure.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **OT Technician Diploma or Equivalent**: Formal training in operating theatre technology is essential.
- **Gynaecological Surgical Expertise**: Experience and knowledge of gynaecological surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries.
- **Sterile Technique and Infection Control**: A strong understanding of sterile procedures and infection control protocols.
- **Instrument Handling and Management**: Proficiency in handling and managing surgical instruments.
- **Teamwork and Communication**: Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for maintaining sterility and ensuring patient safety.
- **Physical Stamina**: The ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the operating room.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
