**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Executive with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 12th passout (HSC)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with fintech industry (preferred)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
