**The position**
As a Product Owner at Novo Nordisk, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and refine the HCP portal product backlog to ensure features are aligned with business value, user needs, and project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality HCP portal features, fostering alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure HCP portal features align with business objectives by translating goals into actionable requirements and continuously evaluating performance against strategic priorities.
- Monitor and enhance HCP portal user experience by analyzing feedback from healthcare professionals and collaborating with UX/UI teams to improve usability and meet user expectations.
- Manage stakeholder communication by serving as the primary contact, providing regular progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparency on timelines and deliverables.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 15+ years of total experience, including over 10 years in product ownership or management, preferably within digital platforms or IT solutions.
- Must have proven experience working with Healthcare Professional (HCP) portals or similar digital solutions.
- Must have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, IT infrastructure, and software development processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless solution implementation.
- A strong, strategic, and adaptable leader with expertise in vision and planning, stakeholder collaboration, user-centric design thinking, agile product management, data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and team empowerment.
**About the department**
You will be part of the Commercial DD&IT GBS team within Novo Nordisk’s global Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) unit, based in Bangalore, India. Our team consists of approximately 145 highly skilled professionals who work closely with Commercial stakeholders in a dynamic and matrixed organization with a global footprint.
