**Job description**
- Provide legal support to the Sales team in the sale deed preparations, agreements, registrations etc and provide support for customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective management of legal documentation
- Collaborate with external lawyers to evaluate land records and conduct a thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions. Highlight concern areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies /options
- Collaborate with all partners in contract definition. Review the final agreements from a legal perspective and ensure mínimal risks to the organization
- Guide the company in interpretation of laws with respect to construction, real estate and environment applicable to the business
- Guide and direct other functions on compliance matters both at the corporate level and at the site level
- Ensure timely and efficient coordination with the business partners on all issues of disputes and policy interpretation
- Identify external legal counsels and consultants for various jobs as and when required. Effectively coordinate with outside counsels for litigations and contract management
- Strong and perfection in **Drafting**is required.

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
