**Job Summary ( Experience In Real Estate Industry Preferred )**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and contract negotiations.
- Draft, review, and ensure compliance of property-related agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence on properties to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Attend closings and oversee the legal aspects of title transfers.
- Handle disputes, zoning issues, and coordinate with regulatory authorities when needed.
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with local/state regulations.
- Active license to practice law in [State/Country].
- Strong understanding of real estate, revenue department procedures, contracts (Work Orders, Purchase Orders), business transactions, and license renewals.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and client-focused.
