**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customized Training**: Design and deliver tailored soft skills training programs for engineering, pharmacy, BBA, and BSc Agriculture students.

**Interactive Workshops**: Conduct engaging and interactive workshops focusing on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.

**Assessment and Feedback**: Implement assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their soft skills.

**Individual Coaching**: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions for students needing personalized support.

**Curriculum Enhancement**: Collaborate with faculty to integrate soft skills training into the academic curriculum effectively.

**Progress Tracking**: Maintain records, track student progress, and prepare reports to assess the impact of training programs.

**Adaptability**: Adjust training methodologies to cater to diverse learner profiles across engineering, pharmacy, BBA, and BSc Agriculture programs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's / PG / PhD degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 4 yrs. of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, with exposure to engineering education.
Familiarity with training pharmacy, BBA, and BSc Agriculture students is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to provide impactful training and guidance.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student development.
