As a Digital Marketing Trainer at AdGroovs, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective digital marketing training programs. You will engage with learners at various levels, from beginners to advanced professionals, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the dynamic field of digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development and Delivery**:

- Design and develop digital marketing training programs, including curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to different skill levels.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including lectures, hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-world projects.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Mentor and guide students, providing individualized support and feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations, ensuring they meet the required competency standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- **Collaboration and Improvement**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update training materials.
- Gather feedback from students and stakeholders to refine training methods and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars to stay connected with the digital marketing community and bring fresh insights into the training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in a formal educational setting or corporate training environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
