**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Soft Skills Trainer** to conduct a **3-day, 20-hour** training program at **Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Dehradun**. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and practical sessions to enhance students' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a structured **Soft Skills Training** program covering essential professional competencies.
- Conduct **interactive sessions, role-plays, and group activities** to enhance engagement and learning.
- Focus on areas such as **communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, workplace etiquette, and professional grooming**.
- Provide **real-world examples, case studies, and industry insights** to make sessions practical and impactful.
- Assess participant progress through **activities, feedback, and participation**.
- Encourage students to develop confidence and improve their personal and professional skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Soft Skills Trainer** with a strong understanding of professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct **engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions**.
- Strong command over **English and Hindi** (if required for bilingual training).
- Excellent **public speaking and presentation skills**.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and audience levels.

**Logistics & Compensation**:

- **Accommodation**: 1200/Day Provided for Food and Accommodation, Separately
- **Travel**: One-time to & fro travel covered from the trainer’s base location.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 days

Pay: ₹749.00 - ₹750.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:
