**Position**: Soft Skills Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training modules on communication skills, presentation skills, group discussions, public speaking, interview preparation, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct interactive workshops, role plays, and activity-based learning sessions for students across programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and placement cell to align training with industry expectations and recruitment processes.
- Mentor and coach students individually to improve their confidence, self-expression, and problem-solving abilities.
- Develop assessment tools to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and personality development programs.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in corporate training and student employability skills.
- Contribute to institutional activities such as orientation programs, seminars, and placement training drives.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in English / Communication / Management / Psychology or related field (first-class preferred).
- Professional certification(s) in training, soft skills, or behavioral skills (preferred).
- Proven experience in soft skills training, communication coaching, or corporate training (academic or industry setting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a dynamic presentation style.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Passion for mentoring, student development, and employability enhancement.
