**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
- Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- English Fluency is Must
- Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software/systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
