**Currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join as a CSR for a Reputed Hospital. As a Patient Relationship Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our patients, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.**
**Position**:Patient Relationship Officer / Customer Service Representative
**Location**: Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Must be fluent in English, Gujarati & Hindi
- Rotational Shifts & Week offs (Night Shifts also)
- No night shifts for females
**Required Skills**:
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen proactively
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle work well and maintain quality
- Problem solving skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,and comments, as well as actions taken in CRM
- Associate must reply to those queries in a set format
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
