Job Title**:Compliance Officer** - **Direct Insurance (Life & General)**

Location: Shivalik Shilp, Opp. Iscon Temple, Iscon Cross Road, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015

**Office Timing**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Half-day (9:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor compliance processes and procedures within the organization to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Audits & Guidance: Conduct internal audits and provide detailed guidance on regulatory requirements, addressing any compliance issues and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with insurance laws, regulations, and guidelines from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) to ensure the company remains compliant at all times.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to staff members on compliance matters, ensuring that they are well-informed about relevant regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive compliance reports to senior management and relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 5+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance laws and regulations, especially related to IRDA.
- Strong understanding of compliance processes, internal controls, and risk management principles.
- Any retired officer from an insurance company with relevant expertise in compliance will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills to ensure compliance issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
