This Position reports to:
Team Lead - Talent Acquistion COE
**Your role and responsibilities**:
Our Talent Acquisition team in India is growing, therefore we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our team and partner with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our Talent Partners,
supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire top talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the company's overall Talent Acquisition function by working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs) and hiring managers

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team under MO business based out in Bangalore.

**You will be mainly accountable for**:

- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in engineering industry (must have), preferably in an inhouse and agency setting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world Effective time-management abilities.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
